What types of events do you staff?
Fitness competitions and endurance races, marathons and multi-day athletic series, concerts and festivals, conferences and trade shows, brand activations, and corporate events. Our strongest track record is high-volume athletic events where hundreds of athletes move through registration, gear check and the competition floor on a tight clock.
How far in advance should I book event staff?
Three to four weeks is ideal for a large multi-day event, which gives us time to recruit for specific roles, brief the crew and build the staffing grid. Smaller requests can often be filled inside a week. The bigger the crew and the more specialised the roles, the more lead time helps.
How many event staff will my event need?
It depends on attendance, the number of entry points, how many stations run at once, and shift length. As a rough anchor, a competition day with roughly 2,000 athletes usually runs 25 to 40 staff across registration, gear check, competition floor and merchandise, with one supervisor for every 10 to 15 staff. How much does event staffing cost in Toronto?
Rates depend on role, shift length, call time, and whether the shift runs overnight or on a holiday. Can you handle last-minute or same-week staffing requests?
Often, yes, depending on roster availability in that city. Last-minute requests are easier to fill for general event staff than for specialised or supervisory roles. Call or email as early as you can and we will tell you straight away what is realistic.
