Who can apply to the EraOne roster?

Anyone 18 or older who is legally entitled to work in Canada, can commit to a full shift, and shows up on time. Most of our roles are physical and involve standing, lifting and moving through a venue for several hours.

What roles are available?

Athlete registration and check-in, gear and bag check, competition floor crew, merchandise, guest services and wayfinding, brand ambassadors, and supervisor or lead positions for people with prior event leadership experience.

Do I need previous event experience?

Not for entry-level roles. We brief every crew before doors open and pair new staff with experienced leads. Supervisor and lead roles do require prior experience managing people at live events.

Which cities do you hire in?

Toronto is our home base, and we hire in Vancouver, Ottawa and Montreal, plus other Canadian cities when a client event brings us there. Tell us your city when you apply and we will match you to shifts nearby.

How do shifts and hours work?

Shifts are scheduled in advance with a confirmed call time, role and location. Your hours are tracked on site by an EraOne supervisor and reconciled after the event closes, so what you worked is what gets recorded.

Is there any cost to join the roster?

No. Joining the EraOne roster is free. We never charge staff a fee to apply, to be placed, or to work a shift.

How often will I get offered shifts?

It depends on the event calendar in your city and on your availability. Staff who confirm quickly, show up on time and take direction well get offered shifts first, and are the first people we call for supervisor roles.
