EraOne Business Solutions Inc. is committed to providing goods, services, and employment opportunities in a way that respects the dignity and independence of people with disabilities. This statement sets out our commitment under the Accessibility for Ontarians with Disabilities Act, 2005 (AODA) and how to reach us if something on this site does not work for you.

Our commitment

We are committed to meeting the accessibility needs of people with disabilities in a timely manner, and to identifying, removing, and preventing barriers across our website, our hiring, and our on-site operations.

Website

We build and maintain eraone.ca with reference to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA. That includes text contrast that meets minimum ratios, descriptive alternative text on meaningful images, labelled form fields, full keyboard operability, visible focus indicators, and a logical heading structure.

Accessibility is ongoing work rather than a finished state. If you find a page, form, or document on this site that creates a barrier for you, tell us and we will fix it.

Accessible formats and communication supports

On request, we will provide or arrange for accessible formats and communication supports for any information we make publicly available — including this website's content, job postings, and shift documentation — in a timely manner and at no additional cost. We will consult with you about which format meets your needs.

Employment and assignments

We notify applicants that accommodation is available on request throughout our recruitment, assessment, and selection process. If you are selected to participate, we will consult with you and provide suitable accommodation that accounts for your accessibility needs. Once working with us, we will provide accessible formats and communication supports for information you need to do your job, and individual accommodation plans and emergency response information where required.

Customer service

People with disabilities are welcome to use assistive devices, service animals, and support persons when interacting with our team on site. Where a barrier prevents this, we will work with you and the event organizer to find another way to meet your needs. If a facility or service you rely on is temporarily unavailable, we will give notice of the disruption and any alternatives available.

Training

We provide training on the AODA accessibility standards and the Ontario Human Rights Code as it relates to people with disabilities, to all staff and to anyone who provides goods or services on our behalf. Training is provided as soon as practicable after a person takes on their role, and again whenever our policies change.

Feedback

We welcome feedback on how we provide services to people with disabilities, including anything on this website. You can reach us by whichever method works for you:

Tell us what you ran into and how you would prefer we reply. We acknowledge feedback within [5] business days and will respond in an accessible format or with communication supports on request. Feedback may be given anonymously, though we will not be able to reply directly if it is.

Availability of this policy

This statement is available on request in an accessible format. Contact us using any of the methods above.
